The Pi Network is built on teamwork, with support from Pioneers, the Core Team, and community developers. To continue this spirit, the Pi Network has launched the Developer Ambassador Program. This program aims to encourage building useful apps, bring in new developers, and work towards its goal

“To create the world’s most inclusive peer-to-peer system powered by Pi, the most widely shared cryptocurrency.”

The program is open to everyone. You don’t need to be a developer to join. Any Pioneer can participate by inviting developers they know to create or adapt apps for the 55+ million Pi Network users. Participants can earn rewards while helping the platform move closer to its Open Mainnet phase.

In this blog, I’ll show you how to join developer ambassador programs with simple and easy steps.

How the Developer Ambassador Program Works

This program rewards Ambassadors for helping developers create apps for the Pi Network. These apps are added to the Pi Browser’s Ecosystem UI. By doing this, Ambassadors not only grow the Pi Network but also earn 1000 Pi for every developer they successfully bring on board.

Key Requirements to Earn Rewards:

• Developers must sign up for Pi Network using the Ambassador’s referral code.
• They need to register their app within 30 days of joining.
• The app must stay listed on the Ecosystem UI for at least 30 days.

Ambassadors can send invitations and monitor the developers’ progress using the Developer Ambassador Dashboard in the Pi app, located under the “Roles” tab.

First, open the Pi app, tap on the menu, and then click on the “Roles” tab.

Next, click on “Developer Ambassador” to help grow the Pi ecosystem and earn Pi rewards by inviting new developers who create successful Pi apps.

In this window, Pi Network encourages and motivates you to help grow the Pi ecosystem as a Developer Ambassador.

Don’t know how to code? No worries! You can still make a difference by inviting software developers from your personal or professional network to join Pi Network as Pioneers and create Pi apps.

You can earn 1000 Pi for each new developer you invite. If the developer launches an Unverified Mainnet App on the Pi Ecosystem UI in the Pi Browser, you’ll get 1000 Pi. This offer is valid until March 31, 2024, and is only for developers who were not Pi users as of June 28, 2023.
Simply tap the “Add to Contacts” button to add your friends who know how to develop apps .

If you want to invite someone to the program through a unique link, click on “Invite Friends.”

Once the developer successfully builds and launches their app (and it stays listed on the Pi Browser for 30 days), you will receive 1,000 Pi for each successful referral.

You will only get the reward after the developer completes these steps, ensuring that the program encourages real and valuable contributions to the Pi ecosystem.
