Many people have lost their passwords and can’t access their accounts if they change their phones. Some have deleted their Facebook profiles and now find it hard to log in again. In this blog, I will show you how to recover your account and keep it safe.

There are two simple ways to recover your Pi network account. Use your phone number to recover your account. use your Facebook profile to recover account.

In this blog, I will guide you on how to recover your Pi Network account using your phone number. Tap on continue with your phone number.

After that, a window will appear asking you to enter your phone number. First, choose your country from the list, then type in your registered phone number. This step is important to confirm your identity and continue with the account recovery process.

Next, a new window will appear asking you to enter your password. If you remember it, just type it in and submit. But if you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password option to start the recovery process. This will help you reset your password and get back into your Pi Network account.



In this window, you’ll see a message saying, “No worries, your mined Pi is not lost.” Below that, there will be a button that says Recover Account.” Tap on this button to start the process of recovering your account and getting back into your Pi Network account.

A new window will pop up asking you to choose your country and enter your phone number. After selecting your country and typing in the correct phone number, click the Submit button to continue with the recovery process. This will help verify your identity and move you closer to regaining access to your account.

Now, when you select your country, you’ll see a list of countries like the USA, Australia, Belgium, the UK, and Israel. Choose your country from this list, and once selected, you can start recovering your account by following the instructions on the screen.

After selecting your country, click on Open SMS to proceed. This will take you to your phone’s messaging app. Please keep in mind that a message fee may apply based on your country’s international message rates. Sometimes, the message might not send right away, but don’t worry. If you’re having trouble sending it from the USA, try selecting the UK or another country. Keep trying, and eventually, the message will be sent successfully.

When you tap on “Open SMS”, a new pop-up message will appear, letting you know that your SMS app will open with a pre-written draft. Make sure not to change the message and send it exactly as it is. The message will contain a 6-digit code. Once you send the message, the system will verify it, and you’ll be able to continue with recovering your account

Send the pre-written message using the phone number you previously registered with your Pi Network account. This helps the system recognize your identity and moves the account recovery process forward.

Once the message is sent and the system confirms that you are the rightful owner, your account will be successfully recovered. You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can update your password.

Make sure your new password meets these requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Includes 1 digit
  • Includes 1 uppercase letter
  • Includes 1 lowercase letter

After creating your new password, enter it again to verify. Once verified, click on Submit to finish the recovery process. Your account will be logged out from all other devices, ensuring its security.

By following these steps, congratulations! You’ve successfully recovered your Pi Network account. Just click on “Go Back”, reopen your Pi Network app, enter your phone number and new password, and start mining again.
